If your printer connects to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer. Search Windows for programs and features, then click Programs and Features in the list of results.
In the list of installed programs, click your HP printer name, then click Uninstall or Yes. If your printer is connected to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer. If prompted, select a method to identify your printer model, and then follow the on-screen instructions to go to the download page. Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps. It appears that other people are also having trouble with the latest build of Windows 10 such as missing login password window.
That happened to me as well during my search for wireless printing solution. Therefore, I did not have much choice but reinstalling Windows That is what I am doing at the moment. Thank you for trying to help me. I will let you know whether the reinstalling of Windows 10 resolved my wireless printing issue.
It is a long and messy process, but I do not seem to have any other choice.
